Teacher Training

A comprehensive 200 hour course for those with at least a year's regular attendance at a weekly class, or experience in a yoga related discipline, such as Tai Chi or Pilates. We start early 2012, so e-mail me for more details and an application form. The venue will be in or near Chelmsford or at my home in Witham, depending on numbers. The course is approved by the Independent Yoga Network.

Workshops
